WFO Winged Outlaw Micro Series
WFO to Utilize Hot Lap/Qualifying Format For Remainder of 2024 Season
The Hyper Racing WFO Micro Series will be changing formats to a Hot Lap/Qualifying format beginning this Saturday at Macon Speedway.
Drivers will hot lap/qualify with their heat race group (8 car heats will break you into 2, 4 car sessions).
There will be a 4 car invert, with the fastest qualifying driver in the heat starting 4th, 2nd fastest will start 3rd, 2nd fastest 2nd and 4th fastest on the pole. 5th through 8th will line up straight up off of their qualifying times.
Passing points will be awarded from your heat race. No Qualifying points.
We have noticed that the competition is extremely close this year and we are trying to help drivers dig out of a hole if they pill draw with a higher number.
Once again, this format will go into effect July 20th at Macon Speedway.
